The Grounding Session takes about an hour. You position yourself in however way you want. I will sit on the ground and find the right angle. On an A3 paper, with a permanent marker, I will draw your feet in about 20 minutes. After the drawing part I will ask you 4 question on the elusive topic of grounding. This session is an artistic-therapeutic experience. By showing yourself both internally and externally you will gain tremendous insight into who and where you are at this moment in life. You will discover your ways to feel good and take this with you into the future. The drawing represent a moment that can be a powerful reminder of how you ground yourself. Grounding is a necessary tool for us human to feel good and strong in our own bodies. Ready to take on the world!
